What are you renewing?
New business
Ask a client what changed before their policy renews, and keep the proof you asked. Same cards, shorter forms, reminders worked back from the renewal date.
How it works
Pick the card and the renewal date
The same cards, asking what changed rather than everything. You give the renewal date. It sets how long the link stays open and when the reminders go.
Send one link
By email or text. Your client is told plainly that if they do not answer, the policy renews on what is already on record.
Get back what changed
Signed, with the gaps flagged, and the record of everything your client was told. Only the changes, not a form they have filled before.
Or a notice that they did not answer
If the deadline passes with no answer, you get a dated notice. It says what was asked, when each reminder went out, and that nothing came back.
Built as an E&O safeguard
Most policies renew without the conversation and the file update the duty to advise calls for. InfoClientIQ sends the request to your client's phone or email and brings back what changed, signed. If your client never answers, the notice comes back to your inbox as proof for your file. It shows they were told that staying silent means the policy renews on the information already on record, and that an out of date file can mean a claim reduced or refused.
It does not replace your own advice. The locked explanations are the same for every broker and every client, and your duty to advise this client is unchanged. The record documents what they were shown, in addition to what you tell them.
