Your answers and uploads are encrypted, kept 14 days for you to finish, then 14 days for your broker to retrieve the file, then deleted.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the form your broker sent you: your answers, the files you attach, your name as a signature, and the moment each advisory note was shown to you. We also collect the broker’s email address, verified by a code, and the recipient addresses the broker chooses.
Who receives it
Your broker, at the address they verified, and at most three colleagues they named. InfoClientIQ transmits the file and does not read it: the submitted file is encrypted with a key that exists only in the link your broker receives.
How long
- The form link is valid 14 days from its creation.
- Once sent, the file stays available to your broker for 14 days.
- After that, answers and files are permanently deleted. Only a technical trace without personal information is kept (request created, sent, opened, deleted).
- Email addresses are stored hashed; the readable form is encrypted and deleted with the request.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Files are kept in a private store, reachable only through short-lived signed links. No analytics on form content: page level measurements only, never a field value.
Law 25 and your rights
InfoClientIQ acts as a service provider to your broker under Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector. You can ask for access to your information, its correction, or its deletion before the deadline by writing to the officer below. A confidentiality incident register is kept, as the law requires, even when nothing has happened.
