Built as an E&O safeguard
Every question carries the underwriting reason it is asked, in your client's words, locked and identical for every broker. When a client answers “I don’t know”, the consequence is shown at that moment and recorded with a timestamp. The returned file holds that record: what was asked, what was explained, when, and what the client signed.
It does not replace your own advice. The locked explanations are the same for every broker and every client, and your duty to advise this client is unchanged. The record documents what they were shown, in addition to what you tell them.
